1. About Commissions

・Please participate in a transaction with me only if you have a PayPal account

　that you can use to make payments yourself.
・By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.
・Commissions containing NSFW content or offensive themes will not be accepted.
・If there is no response from you within one week,

　I regret to inform you that your commission request will be declined.

 

2. Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

・The copyright of my work belongs to the illustrator (me).
・I retain the right to display my work in my portfolio or on social media.

　If you wish to keep the work private, additional fees will apply.
・Using my illustrations for AI tools or as NFTs is strictly prohibited.
・If my work is used for merchandise or product sales, a commercial fee will be added based on the usage.

3. Payment and Refunds

・Prices are subject to increase in the future.
・I only accept payments via PayPal.
・Typically, 50% or the full payment is required upfront.
・Revisions are included in the commission price,

　but excessive or repeated requests may incur additional charges.
・If these Terms of Service are violated, or if there is no response within two weeks,

　the order may be canceled by the artist.
・Refund amounts for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or cancellations

　on my part will vary depending on the progress of the work.
・Cancellation before payment: Free of charge.
・Cancellation after the sketch starts: 50% of the payment will be refunded.
・Cancellation during linework or coloring: 20% of the payment will be refunded.
・If a commission is canceled, you will not receive any rights to the artwork.
